Dr M D Venkatesh, Loving called Dr MDV has a Doctorate in Life Science specialised in Anti-cancer drug mechanism, has over 30 years of academic experience and a passion for teaching, coaching, and nurturing talent. The student community at large has benefited from Dr MDV’s practical approach, gaining valuable insights and skills that prepare them for success in their chosen fields.
Dr MDV is known for his exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, guiding students towards research opportunities and assisting in career planning. Dr MDV has continuously updated his teaching techniques, incorporating innovative approaches to keep the student community engaged and fosters strong bonds with students, becoming a lifelong advisor

Mr M D Ramanujam - President
Is an accomplished entrepreneur with 27 years of accomplished entrepreneurship and an accomplished leader who has set strategic directions to multinational companies.
People close to him often address him as “Rama Sir” for his extensive career track record spanning multifarious industries for delivering outstanding results. M D Ramanujam has been acknowledged as an exceptional leader for his consultative Leadership, strong negotiation skills and exceptional problem solving abilities. M D Ramanujam is the go to person for senior managers who seek his mentorship to identify opportunities to grow and develop business strategies with a clear focus on quantifiable business outcomes.
Apart from driving business excellence M D Ramanujam is an avid reader, takes out time from his busy schedule to catch up on the literary works across History, travel, non fiction and even contemporary works.
What is reading if it is not utilized for learning and upgrading the skills.. M D Ramanujam has an MBA (Marketing Management) - IIM Kozhikode, India ( 1997 ) and and an Executive Management Program in ‘Strategiesin a competitive Environment’ from ISB- Hyderabad, India ( 2005 ). His passion for learning has taken him across the seas for the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, Boston.
A passionate art collector who has breathed fresh life into art works which have been curated and exhibited at his Bengaluru residence.
Mr Sheshanna - Vice President
Mr. Sheshanna is a braveheart who has spent the best of his youth serving the country in the Indian defense force. After a successful tenure at the defense services, Sheshanna started the first of its kind in Hassan, “ A book store with a difference”. Books of different authors were made available to school and colleges at discounted price to encourage the students to read the grand classics to current literary works thus broadening the wisdom and being socially responsible.
Sheshanna has diverse business interests ranging from books to granite to housing development across Karnataka.
Sheshanna has a flair for education and has been dream of amplifying the education system in Hassan as a social responsibility to give back to the community which has shaped his schooling, career and life which started here in Hassan.
Mr L N Sunil Kumar - Treasurer
Sunil has a degree from Bangalore University in Electronics, continued to acquire an EMBA from Manipal University. In the recent past, Sunil has undergone a rigorous and extensive program at IIM ( K ) in Senior Management Program to hone management skills. Has immense experience in the IT industry spread over 3 decades.
A visionary leader in IT, specializing in areas such as Tech Support, Cloud Support, Cloud Operations, and Cloud Managed Services, Sunil also is passionate about sharing his wealth of knowledge and experiences as a visiting facultyat colleges / universities. Has delivered industry expert sessions on Cloud Technology and trends helping the student community to be aware of the current and upcoming technology and the skills required to be industry ready when they come out of the college.
Has successfully coached and mentored upcoming professionals aiding in their development and preparing them for the challenges of the corporate world
Has extensive experience in technology domains allowing him to navigate the complexities of technology-driven businesses, deliver innovative solutions and drive digital transformation to propel next generation organizations to bring about transformative change.
His passion for learning and share knowledge with the future generation has envisioned to part the education system to bridge the digital gap from College to Corporate.
Mrs Ramya Y G - Trustee
Ramya YG, fondly called as Ramaya Maam, comes from an illustrious family of educators / teachers from Mysuru. Has a penchant for teaching and coaching the kids from Kindergarten to Primary to high school and PU students. Has been instrumental in the lives of many high school kids to successfully transition to College. Has a thorough understanding for students aspects for stepping out of the school into college life.
A caring and loving mother of two children married to Dr. MDV, Ramya has kept the family tradition live and kicking taking several important roles and responsibilities in leading education institutions in Bengaluru.
